Angie Olami jewelry is made from the hand-blown fragments of ancient perfume pots, lamps, flasks, vases, cups, and bowls dating back to 100 BC. They were unearthed in Israel by archaeologists sifting through the fallen pillars and once magnificent cities of the Roman Empire. The designs for the settings are based on artifacts and drawings also discovered on the archeological digs. These unusual pieces of jewelry are made primarily in Israel by a small group of handpicked master craftsmen.
This beautiful pair of earrings features a colorful teardrop shard of Roman glass in a sterling silver setting connected to a string of turquoise stones, each one with unique veining patterns. Makes a truly unique gift.
