    Unless otherwise indicated on an item's page, standard shipping via DHL ground or USPS Priority is free. Please note that this applies only only to shipping within the continental US.     How long will it take my order to arrive?
    Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2 business days. Shortly after your order is shipped, you will receive an email, which will contain a link to your order confirmation page. On this page you will find tracking information for your order. Clicking on the tracking number will allow you to view tracking information for your package via the DHL website. If your order was split into two or more packages, your items will have separate tracking numbers for each package.     This message means that we have currently sold out of the item in question but have not yet updated our website to reflect the availability or backorder status.

    How do I redeem my gift certificate?
    To redeem a gift certificate or digital coupon simply enter the code number you were given into the digital coupon field. The amount of the certificate or coupon will be deducted from your order and any remaining balance due will be listed. If you do not use the full value of your coupon or gift certificate you will receive an email detailing the amount left for purchases.

    What is the difference between billing address and shipping address?
    Your billing address is the address where you receive your credit card statements for the card you are using to make your purchase. Your shipping address is the address where you would like your item to be shipped. It is important to list your correct billing address since we use an address verification system to validate your credit card. If your billing address is incorrect, your shipment will be delayed for the amount of time that it takes us to contact you to request the correct billing address and for you to respond. If you have moved recently, be sure to list the billing address that is on file with your credit card company.

    The item I want to order is temporarily out of stock. How long will I have to wait for the item to be re-stocked?
    Please remember that all of our items are made by hand, frequently in limited quantities. In addition, most of our items come from far away places and often from the most remote parts of these places. Sometimes it can take quite a while for such items to reach us. In some cases we may decide to temporarily discontinue the item. If we are expecting the arrival of an item within a reasonable amount of time, the approximate backorder date will be listed on the item page.
