This unique lantern tree is based on the Moroccan art of creating lamps using henna-painted goat skin on iron frames. The iron tree branches on three sides, curling around to support individual Moroccan style lanterns. Each lantern is made of pig skin sewn together at the seams.
Medina Candle Lantern Tree (China)
This unique lantern tree is based on the Moroccan art of creating lamps using henna-painted goat skin on iron frames. The iron tree branches on three sides, curling around to support individual Moroccan style lanterns. Each lantern is made of pig skin sewn together at the seams. Each lantern holds an individual tea light candle which sits relatively close to the top of the shade for easy replacement (see the detailed view from the link below the photograph on the left).
Great for holiday décor.
