| | Bell Henna Lamp (Morocco)
The art of henna tattooing, or Mendhi, is an old tradition used generally for celebrating events or marking rituals. The art of applying henna to skins serving as the shades for lamps on iron frames, as an artwork, is a relatively new tradition, but has been perfected by the skilled artisans of Morocco.
This lamp features orange/yellow and red dye and celestial henna design and hangs from a rustic circular frame. The frame is attached to a rectangular iron base. A very unique piece!
Wrought iron frame with skin shade. Light fixture included. Maximum recommended wattage for bulbs used in our henna lamps is 10-20 watts. Each piece is hand-made, so individual designs vary slightly.
Gift wrap not available on this item.
